net folders

I recieve an error that reads outlook .exe has genereated
errors and will be closed by windows. An error log has
been created. outlook then shuts down. I deselected net
folders in managing add-ins and it stopped the error. I
need to fix the problem because I need to use net folders
to share my calendar. Please Help! Thanks
