Net Folders

Am using Outlook 2000. Have installed and shared Contact
List using Net Folders option. Am now unable to send any
attachment over 2 Megs. I know net folder option limits
sending corections over 2 megs, but does this also limit
sending any attachments to a regular email over 2 Megs?
