Hi! We are currently experiencing problems with shared
calendars. When one of our assistants puts an appointment
directly on her boss' calendar, it does not appear for the
same dates/times that she put in. It's very strange.
In addition, her boss shares two other people's calendars
(two of his directors/managers) so that he can see
where/when training is, when opening new stores, etc...
all the appointments that import from the other two's
calendars are popping in with the black clocks (even
though the "show clocks" box is not checked. Also, some
of the dates that they have on their calendars as "all day
events" come into the shared calendar as two days,
the "all day event" box is not checked... some very
strange things.
We don't have exchange (yes, I know... I keep begging for
it) - however, we've deleted shared folders and re-shared
them and all to no avail....
