Netscape and Outlook Express

After defragging the computer, when receiving an email
with a link, in Outlook Express, the access to the link
goes through Netscape. Never did before. So I removed
Netscape through the control panel. Now it says the
computer can not find Netscape. I know, I removed it. How
can I get my email links now?
