netscape7 export to outlook2000 .. How?

Hi, I've looked at a few techniques to export Netscape 7
email to Outlook 2000/2002, but all docs refer to earlier
versions of Netscape and they simply don't work. Any
ideas?

P.S. I've tried importing into Outlook Express as an
intermediary to no avail, and direct into Outlook 2000, to
no avail. Any third-party utils?
