nettophone32.dll - Outlook won't run

When I try to open outlook xp, I get a message that says
that outlook cannot find the file nettophone32.dll. It
then fails, and creates a rather long error report to
send to microsoft.

I have uninstalled office and reinstalled.

I have deleted outlook.pst
I have deleted other data including the profile.

I have searched for the offending dll file - it is not
there.

I have searched the register for the offending dll - not
there.

I have downloaded nettophone and installed. No offending
dll and does not affect Outlook xp.

Need some help.

Hi, Cleveland,

See if you can tell Outlook to quit looking for the file by going to
"Tools|Options|Other", then choose the "Advanced Options" button and the
"Add-In Manager" button. Uncheck anything that looks like Net To Phone.
Click "OK" to close that window, then click the "COM Add-Ins" button and
remove any COM Add-Ins that look like Net To Phone.
