I use outlook on a home network with 5 computers on the network in locations
around the home and office. I would like to be able to access the inbox on
other computers on the network. !!

You sound like a good candidate for a home server. Meantime, each computer
should have its own Outlook Inbox. Then just change the settings on some of
them to "Leave mail on server" so it can be accessed by all. Have one
computer remove the mail from server each day to avoid clogging the servers.
For security reasons, you cannot access other computers individual Inboxes.

You might consider using the IMAP mail retrival type rather than the POP
mail retrival type. With the IMAP you can check your mail from either
computer, delete it from either computer. You'll always looking at the same
messages from either computer.
