Network connection Lost

Hi everyone!

I'm having problems working with my databases.
sometimes it happens to me that when i'm working on my DBs , suddenly the
database corrupts and all forms and reports crash. when i try to open them
the message " Network connection lost" appears.
How can i repair my crashed DB and why it happens?
