Network Device For Info Kiosks?

I've been looking all over and just can't seem to find this...

We have two old Plasma TVs used for looping powerpoint info for employees.
They are run by computers that are old and failing and require the users to
login with VNC, etc.

Is there some kind of solid state device that I can simple give an IP to and
have the user update through a web interface or something? Since it is a
continual loop that would make sense but I can't seem to find any product to
do this.

My Reqs:
-Network Connected (ethernet or WiFi)
-Web interface for updating the PPT
-Continuous looping.
-Solid State
