Network Discovery

I recently upgraded to visio 2003 Professional from 2002
Enterprise. I can't find the network discovery feature
that came with my visio 2002 enterprise edition.
Has this feature been discontinued? I also don't see a
product called Visio Enterprise 2003.

Visio Professional does not contain the network autodiscovery (never has).
Only the Visio Enterprise 5 and 2000 editions contain network
autodiscovery--as well as Visio 2003 Enterprise Network Tools add-on.
Unfortunately none are available any more.

You'll want to go back and use your VENT add-on with Pro 2002.

Doh. I meant Visio 200*2* Enterprise Network Tools (VENT).

The only Visio 2003 Enterprise version will be Visio Enterprise Architects
shipped with the next version of VS. It won't contain any network
autodiscovery either.

In other words, Visio Enterprise Architects 2003 is available, but it is an
add-on package that include Visio 200[2]. The one including Visio 2003 will
be the next release.
