Network drive full error

I work using a network that has a file server but a few
(very few amount) users can not save to the network drive
through publisher and they get a message saying that the
network drive is full. It only seems to be through
publisher and we have tried rebuilding the machine, and
made sure all there premission and account details are
right.

Anyone have any ideas?
