network email messages

How do I receive messages on both of my computers that are set up on my
network. It is only coming up on one or the other. I have a new laptop now
hooked up to my home network and would like my email to show up in it as well
as on my desktop. Is there a setting that I can go into and change? Thanks
in advance for any help!

You would need to edit the accounts to leave a copy on the server for xx
days
Of course you wont see mail sent from one PC on the other
