I have a database (Access 2003) with user-level security. When a user
clicks a button, CurrentUser (that user's name) is inserted into a field,
thus "signing" the record. When generating a report I am linking to a
graphics file (wmf) image of the user's signature. The graphics files are
in a network folder. What level of foldr permission is needed for a user to
be able to link to a file in that folder? I expect read-only permission is
adequate, but before I ask the network guy to set it up I want to be sure
about that.
