Network Install of Office & Outlook

Can anyone lead me to a document that has information on
how to install MS Office on my networkdrive and deploy it
thoughout my workstations...

And also how to setup Outlook for companywide network
deployment.

I see some info on using Exchange Server, but i have no
idea what that is...
