Hello,
I allready asked a similar question about our problem. But not solved yet.
When we try to open an office document which is located on a neetwork drive
we have about 13 sec interruption of office programm (Word, Excell, Power
point).
At the bginnning of our experience with Office 2007 it was normal. After
some time about 4 month off course there was some updates etc. This problem
started on every computer in our company. First I tought that it is becouse
of one of the updates. Then tried to uninstall all office updates step by
step. On every step I tried to open an document on the network drive. The
problem still the same. Also same for any document on the network drive. I
mean this is not for a spesific document.
If I try to close the programm computer says "not responding". after 13
seconds I can start to use the program or close it.
Please help to solve this problem.
