network password window

I have several email addresses that are set up to go through Outlook and
recently added a couple of more. The password is saved but for some reason
the Network Password Window keeps popping up constant!!! I don't know why
even though I keep hitting "ok" or "cancel" it pops up every 5 seconds and
then gives me a rest for 5 minutes. PLEASE Help!!
