Network passwork sync

I am a member of a network and domain and we are prompted to change our
network password every 90 days. When we do so, Outlook/Outlook Express
does not change it with the network. So we have some real issues with
people not being able to get in. Is there a way to make Outlook sync
the password with each time that the network password is changed?
