Network Problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft Exchan

Hi
I have just set up 3 new PC's each with Windows XP Professional to replace 3
old PCs. I have loaded on Outlook 2000 on each and have set up the Microsoft
Exchange Accounts on each PC for the existing users. I have made each user
administrator of the PC. The first time I go to create a new email and click
on the 'To' button the global address list appears and I am able to send an
email. I then exit Outlook and go back into it again and I am unable to send
an email. I go to create a new email message and click on the 'To' button
and I get the following error:
'Network Problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server
computer'.
I am unable to send internal and external mail.
All the existing PC's are working fine. Its just the new PCs.
Any ideas?
Sean

Has the exchange server been resolved for each profile? Use the mail applet
in the control panel to doublecheck.

Yes. When I go to the mail applet in control panel and click on the
properties of Microsft Exchange Server both the Microsoft Server name and
mailbox are underlined
