Network slow when using Office XP over TS 2003 & win 2003 SVR?

Hi,

I have never used this forum, but I have a question which
can be answered with the help of all you people here.

We have a Windows 2003 SVR (3 GB mem, fast processor) an
additional 2003 TS server and Office XP installed on it.

But when users want to start an office application the
network becomes SLOOOOOOOW...really slow!

Our implementor says its that office xp cannot work well
with TS 2003 and say we must downgrade???? (we think this
is bulls**t).

What could be the problem and how can it be solved???
