NETWORKDAYS and IF Formulas

I have the following formula that calculates the date, but it does not take
out the weekends and holidays. I want to add in NETWORKDAYS formula, but
don't know where to place it within the formula below. I keep getting #N/A
error.
=IF(M33="","",M33+R33)
