Networking Entourage

Hi can anyone help

Have Office X on macs 10.1.5 os.

We have 3 macs all networked. What I want to do is network the entourage
calender. Basically we all need to see the same calender. I can achieve this
by copying the office X identities to each mac, but this is only good at the
start of the day. As changes are made, they are not seen on the other macs
until we copy across the identites again.

Ideally we would like it to network so that any changes on any mac is seen
in the calender on all the other macs.

Can it already do this, and I've missed it?

If not is there any other way around it or do I have to sent MS a wish list?

Any help appreciated

No, there is no way to do this.

You could create aliases to the Microsoft User Data on two machines and keep
the actual data on the third, however then all three would be accessing all
of the same data off of one computer.

A workaround would be to use Paul Berkowitz's "Export-Import Entourage"
script set ($20). It can export nearly all information (including calendar)
from Entourage in a format readable by other Entourage identities. You can
choose what you want to export. Download a copy of Export-Import Entourage
and check out the Read Me (free) to learn whether this product might be for
you.

It might be beneficial to submit this feature request directly to Microsoft
so that its implementation will be considered for a future release. In
Entourage X, go to Help -> Send Feedback on Entourage. Otherwise, click on
this direct link to enter Mac Product Feedback:
