Never request responses to meeting?

Is there a way to have the 'Request Responses' UNchecked by default whe
creating a new meeting/calendar entry with other people invited?

In my small office, we invite the whole office on every calendar entr
just to make everyone aware, but usually do not want replies. It's
pain to manually un-check the 'Request Responses' every time.
