health care, i hereby notify you of this:
1. due to two years of visits to a highly reputable psychological
associates group, bayview associates, i am no longer diagnosed as paranoid
schizophrenic.
2. this diagnosis was made prior to and after my involuntary visit to the
e. r. of cape cod hospital at the request of dr. carl sigsbee.
3. this diagnosis was made available through cape cod health care, it's
computer system and from the source, bayview associates.
4. this diagnosis was not readily available and or overlooked by dr. carl
sigsbee of cape cod hospital.
5. you are hereby notififed that you dr. carl sigsbee and anyone else
involved with his practice of e. r. physician, are partly and greatly
responsible for events that took place during september 11, 2001.
5a. if you had taken true notice of myself then and after mr. sigsbee, you
would have learned the same thing that thousands did after september 11,
2001 about my music and its importance in the art and intelligence
communities worldwide.
5b. had you dr. carl sigsbee stopped to recant your diagnosis and made 100
percent ammendments so that any information that made it out to the public
would've been changed to include a true wording of mis diagnosis on record
by your own self and again, anyone involved with your practice.
5c. it is due to your actions dr. carl sigsbee that i am forever hampered
by a untrue diagnosis, even as far away as florida. i learned of that while
assisting law enforcement in finding a missing adult earlier this year.
5d. it is due to your misdiagnosis, your ignorance and your unqualified
diagnosis for you are not a bonafide mental health doctor, that key persons
involved with investigations to prevent disasters such as september 11, 2001
ignored a clear warning.
i've left credible reference with major news organizations around the globe.
major news organizations include and are not limited to, the sole home users
and business users across the world on up, down and around.
for those of you new to this, some brief notes.
mrs. janet e. morris, former protege to deputy director of the central
intelligence agency, ray cline under president kennedy, my wifes aunt has
for nearly two decades been involved with classified and highly classified
developments in investigative efforts and the production of new non lethal
techniques and weaponry. (something of which dr. sigsbee was quoted on
record as saying is a delusion) i left to her my audio 13 days prior to
september 11, 2001 at her home and via email and weblink. the audio was
left at the neighbor of senate arms committee leader, senator edward
kennedy. by that time however, the work of dr. sigsbee had been accepted by
a otherwise willing local society who too often take the word of a physician
against the otherwise little known citizen. mrs. morris herself as a sci fi
fantasy author, along with her husband christopher c. morris, both of
hyannisport since their early developing years as children (janet) and
adults (both janet and chris) went on to author a book known as "the 40
minute war". the cover depicts the one target of the 9/11/01 terrorists
that did not get attacked. that target, the white house in the midst of
explosion.
william faulkner went on record to state that many a author goes on to tell
the truth through fiction because there is no other place to tell the truth.
so it is that mrs. morris's work was fiction. gene roddenburys communicator
used in star trek was fiction until the reality of the cell phone. mrs.
morris, during the clinton administration met with no less than then,
attorney general janet reno in regards to the waco and montana freeman
standoff. mrs. morris went onto be intrerviewed with 60 minutes mike
wallace and the people of discovery and both resulted in prime time
documentaries about the merits of non lethality. 60 minutes went on record
as stating that ray s. cline was indeed mr. and mrs. morriss teacher,
something that dr. carl sigsbee and his staff agreed was but a false truth,
a delusion made up of fiction in the form of belief of mine.

24 hours after the fact.

so why the skewing of obvious truth in performance, along the lines of
faulkners own words? in short, sex, drugs and music. too much embarrassing
lifestyles wanted kept quiet and too much to lose as professionals of
everything from law positions of all kinds to the medical and political
professions and even to authors, musicians, t. v. repairmen and retired
people. by that time in 2001, my own cognitive abilities were severly
hampered by mental health drugs designed for the schizophrenic. since then,
i've studied the often publically uknown effects of the latest and so called
greatest in those drugs like risperdol, seroquel, abilify, thorazine and for
the record, every single one of them create worse physical and mental
problems in the long run than the yet to be perfected remedy to the problem
of schizophrenia. alzhiemers, diabetes, parkinsons disease are the most
notable and some effects, although untold, according to the drug
maunfactures themselves, are equally dibilitating. i for one couldn't study
and keep attention to a series of tests about microsoft office when on the
drugs, unlike my high level of comprehensive abilities prior to the
administration of said drugs while taking the same courses.
i've witnessed grown men choking on their own spit when acknoweldging the
facts of correlation of my audio to the events of september 11, 2001. men
who had nothing to gain by telling me or anyone else falsehoods of opinion.
same goes for women and children from all over the world from here on cape
cod to as far away as china and back again to cape cod in person and via the
internet.
my suggestion to cape cod hospital, cape cod health care and especially dr.
carl sigsbee is for starters, align your computer access to bayview
associates and any other health resource who is even partly connected to
cape cod health care. this way, the next time someone like me or anyone else
comes around, the staff at any cape cod healthcare hospital can access up to
date records. if that had happened, perhaps september 11, 2001 might not
have occured and many a time in the e. r. of any hospital would be cut down
drastically. my other suggestion is to the law enforcement communities to
make easy access to how and why such medical records become part of your
systems like mine was while all i was doing was assisting florida law
enforcement in finding a woman with cerebral palsy. that occured while
talking with a dispatcher via the phone from cape cod and during that time,
i was not asked by anyone about my health records nor did i have any
outstanding problems or any legaly binding findings of guilty in any law
related matter that would have prompted such disclosure to any law
enforcement. i can only hope you are aware as to just how your information
system can backfire at you to the unlearned. your practices goes directly
into the heart of the patriot acts 1 and 2 and does serve to cause problems
due to your attempts to secure the country. to date, i've not received one
phone call and or letter or visit by anyone who has anything pertinent to
talk about regarding the audio and 9/11/01. my suggestion don't be leaving
such matters to "he or she will figure it out, don't waste the call and or
stamp and or email". we don't need another scenario and i'm going on record
that if the first van bombing of the world trade center that became part one
of the events of september 11, 2001 weren't enough, when and if a nuclear
device is exploded in the heart of new york, you can thank yourselves and
your own ignorance.
