new Access 2003 All wizards available fields always blank

I Have just installed Access 2003 under windows xp when I try to use Any of
the wizards they open and the list of tables is available but the available
fields remains blank. No error messages are shown.

Does it happen when you're logged in as a windows administrator too? If yes,
log in as a windows administrator and uninstall then reinstall Access
including all the wizards and other features. If no, your windows user
doesn't have enough permissions.

Try re-registering your DAO360.dll file. To do this, click on Start > Run.
Enter the following, making sure to include the double quotes around the path:

Regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\DAO\Dao360.dll"

You should get a message indicating registration success. If that does not
fix your wizards, then temporarily disable your antivirus software. Does the
