New Address list, Drop down list- maybe

Hello news group,
I have been using mail merge for a while and I always just did things the
same old way.
However, I seem to type the same thing into the same fields a lot of times.
Is there a way of creating a drop down list of some of the common items.
City, State and Zip, for some recipients is a common, and repetitive, task.
I would like to be able to pick from something easier.
If anyone an make a suggestion, please do so.

Depending on exactly what you are trying to do, I would have a look at
Word's built-in Autotext feature and { AUTOTEXTLIST } fields, and consider
visiting http://www.wordsite.com and having a look at the DataPrompter
product..

Thanks for ht info, I'll first look at the { AUTOTEXTLIST }, since this is
one of those things that makes my like easier my boss probably won't buy me
anything
