New and Changed Assignements - Local Resources

I must use some local resoruces in my project. As a result, I get the "New
and Changed Assignments" envelope in the Indicators column. Can I get rid of
these?

If you set up local resources (and you must also set their workgroup to
"None") then you can assign them to tasks and it will not show you the "New
and Changed Assignments" indicator.

However, as soon as you put a real resource on that task along with the
local resources, you will start getting those indicators.
