new at vba but with a big question

i made a dot file with some text fields and a combobox to choose from, also
some option buttons to select (yes or no). . .

now i hve bookmarks in the document and when i fill in te form, i get the
info of the textfields, but nothing from the combobox or optionbuttons

what can i do ???

if nessecary i send the dot file, regards

need the form veryvery soon

asking for Probably our fault for our limited knowledge, please
try again with some more info.

What is it you want to do with 'getting the info'. Eg,
Bookmarks("SomeName").Range.Text gives me the result, as does
formfields(n).blah

Version of Word?

From which toolbar did you insert the form fields?

Can you describe what you expect to have happen when you click an option
button?
