new computer - existing site

I have a web site that I created with frontpage 2003 a few months ago. I
have since gotten a new computer and would like to use it for modifying the
site. Is it easier for me to copy the web site from one computer to the
other( if so how do I make sure I get everything) or is there a way to pull
it down off the web?

With FP, open the site and then publish it to the new computer.
