New computer needs old Outlook info

Jean

I purchased a new computer. Both old and new computers
run Outlook 2002. I did backup my archive.pst and
outlook.pst. I'm trying to import these two files but I
keep getting the error that states, "File access denied.
You do not have permission to access the file
d:\outlook.pst." The same error with archive.pst.
Shouldn't I be using the import/export in Outlook? HELP!

If you had the PST on a CD it will be set for
"Read Only". Copy the pst to a drive and remove
the "Read Only". Property attribute.

Right click on the saved file to bring up the
properties.
