I've just changed computers, going from XP to Vista in the process.
I have a few databases I modified in Access 2007. Several work just fine on
the new pc, but the one I modified, I think from the "Northwinds Sample"
template, now has a non-functioning [read blank switchboard items]
switchboard. There's just one button/tab there, and if I press it, the error
message reads:
"The expression OnClick you entered as the event property setting produced
the followiong error; The expression you entered has a function name that MS
Access can't find. This error occurs when an event has failed to run because
Microsoft Office Access cannot evaluate the location of the logic for the
event. For example, if the OnOpen property of a form is set to =[Field], this
error occurs because Access expects a macro or event name to run when the
event is fired."
Now, if I put the DB back into my old PC, running on XP, it is completely
functional again.
Oh, help please!
