New Computer. your account could not be located on groove.net

Hi Groove.
I'm able to login with my email and passphrase without any issues online.
From www.groove.net --> Login = Success
However I've installed Groove on my new laptop, and using an exisiting
groove account, I'm unable to get it to authenticate. Its always telling me
"your account could not be located on groove.net"
Again this account I see is active, under your web-site, and I'd like to
enable this without deleting and adding it again.

Hi Boaz Ron,

Groove.net accounts are different from Groove Virtual Office accounts. The
message, "your account could not be located on groove.net" is referring to
the fact it cannot find your Groove Virtual Office account on the Groove
servers. If you have access to your old computer, I suggest logging on to
Groove on that computer and going to Options >> Preferences >> Account tab >>
“Save Account As File…â€. You will then want to transfer this account file to
your new PC and double click it to import it.

Unfortunately that old computer is gone now.
Is there no way I can find out online what it was ?
can you email it to me ?
I'm the only user under the license.
