I created a new Contacts folder under "personal folders" called "web
contacts". I then created a new group under "contacts" called "web". In the
"calendar view" I proceeded to create new folders for each website I wanted
to collect contacts or "subscribers". When looking back at my personal
folders I see that they are now nested inside one another under the "web"
contacts". I see that I can now move them but should I have just made each
website "contacts folder" under my main contacts folder? I am starting to
run out of space under my "folders list" view with the screen maximized on
my 1900x1200 monitor. Is there a drawback in putting them all under the main
"contacts" folder? Maybe even catagorize them? Is there a KB article on
better way to organize these for backup and ease of use?
TIA~ Ray
