Ossanna
I have used Outlook 2003 and its predecessor extensively (and daily) for my
business. I have just purchased a new computer that came with Windows Vista
and Office 2007 for Small Biz.
I am having a heck of a time getting Outlook 2007 to do the simple things
I'm used to with 2003.
One of the most frustrating issues is that I am unable to see or use the
full window when I either try to input a new contact or change details for an
existing contact. I cannot see or access any part of the window below
"business fax number". Hence I cannot input addresses or see the entire
"notes" section.
I've tried resizing the screen and changing font sizes. No luck. There is
no scrollbar on the right side of the window to give me access to the entire
screen.
I would be EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to anyone who can help me solve this problem.
It is making Outlook unusable for me and wasting waaaaay too much time.
Many thanks!
