Hello all,

I have had my first mac for about a week. I am absolutely loving it.

I saw a feature in excel 2008 that I would like to incorporate into other spread sheets but I do not know how.

Open Excel 2008
Click on the "Gallery Icon"
Click the "Accounts Button"
Open the "Account Balance" Spread Sheet.

How do you install the highlighted tab where you enter the data. This looks like a really nice feature because when you first open the sheet you do not have to scroll to the bottom to enter data.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you mean how to do this on other worksheets. It is Data-Table.

Bob,

Thank you for you quick response. I tried the data table with no success. I have also tried the List function under the insert menu.

I believe that I am on the right track I just not have accomplished the desired outcome.

I would like excel to go to the next available row for data entry. So if I have many columns of data I do not have to scroll all the way to the bottom to input new data.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try control-down arrow?
