New Database be generated from a drawing

Can you create a Brand New Database from a brand new drawing in Visio.
Several links lead me to an option Database/Generate, however Generate does
not appear under the Database menu option

are you at the visio enterprise architect edition that comes with vs.net?

Hi Al,


I found out a few days ago that it was only Enterprise Architect that came
with this functionality, however when I enquired with my regular software
vendor about upgrading from Professional, they told me that they had no
knoweldge of Visio Enterprise

probably because it comes in the vs.net enterprise architect product and is
not separately orderable (AFAIK).
