New database issue

You need the "MSys" tables but you should hide them. Select
Tools->Options->View and uncheck System Objects.

You shoudl be able to create a new table by selecting Tables in the database
window and then clicking the New icon/option.

If you can't do this, tell us what happens.

I save a new table say db1 and then cannot select any create options but if I
click the new button a new table will appeat in datasheet view. What if I
want to keep all the information in one database? what if I wish to use a
wizard or enter information randomly. My point is the tree options I am given
to create a table will not let me enter datasheet view and keep the same
database.

First, don't name a table "db1". There is a huge difference between a
database and a table.
What is keeping you from creating more than one table in your database?
What "tree options"?
Can't you open an existing table in datasheet view?
Can you create a form based on your table(s)?
