new database

I have a database of members in an organization. I want to
make an identical database for another organization. Is
there a way to copy the existing design for the new
organization? I am not too familiar with access. Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks.

You could create a new database, and then use File, Get External Data,
Import to import all the objects. While in the import dialog, be sure to
choose Options - you'll see an option to import design and not the data.

Why noit make a copy and clear out the data that is not needed.

That is certainly another method, however it'll take longer.
