New Distribution List will not display its name in my view

I need to figure out how to display the name of a newly created
Distribution Name in my View. I need to do this from code, right now
I get a row in my view for my new item but I need to show the name and
some other information. Any advise will help, Thanks!

I would advise asking in a programming group where they know about these
things.
