New Document Dialogue Box

We are reverting back to the Office 2003 New Document dialogue box by
enacting the registry key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\12.0\Common\Internet]
"UseOnlineContent"=dword:00000000

My question is, when we revert the window to the old view, is there a way to
set it to default to a certain tab?
