New DST Calendar problem

The new DST time is offsetting meeting by 1 hour. When you run the Microsoft
Patch update it doesn't fix any meeting that has been excepted. Is there any
way to fix these meeting to the correct time without having to go into them
one by one and adjust them manually.

I ran the tool and it didn't appear to do anything. The tool only gave me
the option for GST, Central time etc, but not DST.
