New e-mail, reply, edit tasks fonts way too small on the screen

When I try to write a new e-mail, send a reply or edit my tasks in Outlook
2007 fonts are so small on the screen they cannot be read. They are set to
11pts and just started not being visible last week. Ran Office diagnostics
and no problems were found, tried to reinstall from the CD and now it says it
cannot find a compatable upgrade package, even when I put my old Office 2000
CD in. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Checked your zooming settings already?
It's on the Format Text tab when composing a new message.

Thank you, that worked. Never touched them so I am not sure how they changed
from 100% to 10%.

You're welcome! :)

Scrolling while holding the SHIFT button could have caused it. Some mice
have a zooming function as well (like for instance when you click with the
wheel in the middle it could be a "hidden" 3rd mouse button or there are
separate thumb-buttons). If you are using a laptop with a touch pad; some
sections of it could be dedicated to zooming.
