New e-mail toolbar format customize

Every time I create a new massage the e-mail screen opens with the auto shape
toolbar comes up. I have un-checked the auto shape toolbar option, yet every
time i open a new one auto shapes come up again.

Any suggestions to eliminate the toolbar unless needed?
