I have been upgrading Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 and I have been noticing
this problem. In Outlook 2003, I click on New (for creating a new email) and
it doesn't pop-up. If I minimize Outlook, there is the new email blank box.
If I have Outlook not on full screen, click on New, it pops up in the
background. I'm getting this on NT4, W2k, and XP and on fresh clean Outlook
2003 installs. Updated all Office patches - no help. Re-install doesn't help.
Does anyone know of a way to make the New email ALWAYS be in the foreground?
