New Email format suddenly in HTML - can't get it back to "Rich Tex

My new email messages have suddenly gone to HTML My customized signature w/
company logo no longer appear; paragraph symbols do appear. This happened
right after I replied to an "Accepted" message from Outlook Calendar. I've
tried: "Tools/Options/Mail Format/Compose in this message format" and
checking Rich Text, but it's not working.

Are you using Word as email editor? Possibly didn't use before? I am
not sure if Word supports RTF.
