New email messages

In order to receive my new email messages in Outlook, I have to rt click on
my inbox and select open. It refreshes my inbox and I receive my emails. Is
there a way to avoid this and still receive my messages? Thanks in advance to
anyone who can help me.

I'm experiencing the same problem. We recently upgraded to Exchange 2003,
but the clients are still using Outlook 2002. Do all clients now need to be
upgraded to Outlook 2003?
