NEW EMAIL NOTIFICATION ENVELOPE DOES NOT APPEAR

(Still no solution somebody help)
I'm using WINXP PRP SP3,Office 2007.
Everything was fine and suddenly since yesterday, when a new mail arrives
the small notification envelope does not appear on the taskbar.
-I already chose to have it appear in tools/options/etc /advanced properties
-I have all icons to show on taskbar
-I don't have any specific rule that would justify this behavior.
I'd appreciate your help.

Look at your screaming in your other post. (All caps = screaming)
