New Emails always formatted in capital letters

My documents alway start in capital letters. I remove the cap lock by
clicking onto a customize button on my toolbar(All Caps button) How can I
reformat Word and Outlock to start in lowercase.

It sounds like the font in your Normal Style might be formatted as All Caps.
