I have a lot of separate filters set up in my Entourage 2008
application. Most items that I've set up with a specific rule get
filtered correctly into the designated folder.
However, I've noticed that since May any email that I receive that I
DON'T have a rule for is being placed in a folder that I've set up
called "Programs/Software". All of these emails should be landing in
the inbox since I don't have rules set up for them. I've tried to
check my rules to make sure that I haven't inadvertently set
something. Even new messages from first time senders are landing in
this folder.
Any ideas of what would be causing this and where I need to go to
change this behavior. I'd really like them to start landing in the
inbox again.
