New entry

My project is as follows :

I have first form for initiatives,
second has project related with initiatives
third form has metrix associated with project and
forth form has business unit asociated with project.

My question is
If i add a new entry in initiatives form, it does not save
instantly when i go to the sencond form, but it saves
after i come back to the first form and go to a diffrent
initiatives, then click to the newly created initiatives,
then it saves it.

Also the project form does not allow me to create any new
entry.

Can anybody help me tiht this problem.
