Hi,

There are several ways your question could be interpreted.

Have you used up all the Undefined note flags which are accessible by
using Ctrl+F1 to open the task pane then selecting the Customize My
Note Flags task pane? Or did you simply want to customise more of
them?

Or do you want in the Customize My Note Flags task pane to assign an
icon to an Undefined note flag as part of the customisation? Click
Modify then choose from the Symbol dropdown?

Or do you want to add some new symbols to the Symbol drop down?

Hi,
You're quite right - I should have been more specific. It was the last of
your options "adding some new symbols to the Symbol drop down" I was thinking
of but I would also be interested to know whether you can add more note
flags.

I am also interested in this. I'd like to either modify the flags that are
available or add new ones.

Any help is appreciated
